I'm building wealth through real estate, just like you. I buy, sell, hold, flip, and lend. I'm also an active real estate agent in Austin, which means I'm in houses and looking at comps every week.

That's the whole idea behind Flip Funds Fast: I'm the guy who will talk to you about your project, and I'm the guy who will approve your loan. No loan officer passing notes to an underwriter passing notes to a committee. If the deal makes sense, we move.

How I think about lending

I lend against the property and the plan. A rough house is fine if the value is there. What I care about is whether the numbers work: what you're paying, what you're putting into it, and what it'll be worth when you're done.

Because I invest myself, I know what slows deals down: surprise fees, last-minute document requests, a lender who goes quiet the week of closing. I try hard to be the opposite of that.

Who we work with

Flippers, landlords, wholesalers, and builders, from first-timers with a solid deal to experienced operators doing several a year. We're based in Austin and lend locally, and we also fund deals across the country through our network of real estate agents.
